I really enjoyed making this gift. We have been praying for a baby girl that was just born. While in the womb, the doctors discovered she had encephelocile (sp???) which means that part of her brain grew outside the skull. The doctors were very doubtful that this baby girl would make it and if she did, the baby would only be in a vegetable state.
Well, God had other plans! Once Grace was born, the doctors then discovered that the part of her brain that grew outside the skull was not a major part of the brain. So, Grace will most likely have a normal life. She may have some developmental delays, but what a miracle! Praise you Lord!
